Bit of back ground to event. I was doing my bench press after I removed the guy before me's plates. Naturaly I left my plates ( I dont usually but was a bit staped for time and its not like I bench 100kg ). When I finished and moved on about 10 min later this new trainer/worker still dont know what he is in gym marches up to me loud enough to be heard in Egypt I live in South Africa he tells me to go back and remove my plates. Naturally at this point I'am sweating and like the one brother said breathing like a dying Elephant and just everything is hurting. So naturally I had a bit of attitude and told him to go get the guy who was there before me to remove them, he could have asked nice.
Needless to say the next day because he needed a bit of a attitude adjuster there was some old timers who was ready to rip his head off.
On the weekend my hubby and brother train with me I felt sorry for the dude some people just need to learn people skills went up to him and told him I appreciat his effort to keep things tidy in gym. And his respons " I just needed a reason to talk to you" Needless to say after this neither my man nor brother needed any Animal products testostarome were a flowing freely. Lets just say this dudes attitude is adjusted.
Now all of this said to aske this question and I really need feed back. If a women in gym walks up to you and talk to you is the general consensus that yeah I have a chance.

i personally wouldn't think so, but thats maybe a little bit of experience talking. 15 years ago and ya i probably would have thought that. seems like a bit of an immaturity thing us guys have; any woman giving us the time of day must want us! lame but true i think. now if a woman walks up to me to talk, i figure its just two adults having a conversation, but as i said, younger guys usually don't factor in a woman being just a friend.

If a woman walks up to me to talk to me while I'm training I'll be polite for a little bit...... but if she sticks around for longer than a minute then I continue on like she's not there. Nothing against women, I do this if some dude is trying to take time away from my training too. I'm not in the gym to bs or pick up chicks. If she wants to talk to me when I'm done then fine.

I dont think so at all. Most of the women at my gym seem intimidated and will only notice me and other guys and keep going. But I usually have my headphones on and I mind my own business. Being polite to other gym go-ers is the only thing to do. There are a few girls I run into, but none of them hang around to talk. I'm in there to take care of business and head back to the office.
