Alright first thread on this forum and I'm feeling pretty good. Today I had a pretty good shoulder/trap/calves day. I've been working out with Schild the last 3 days. We are doing pretty good motivating each other and we're putting up some pretty good weight.
For shoulders we started with smith machine military press, smith machine upright rows, and bent over dumbell rows.
For traps we just did 225 lbs barbell shrugs 12-15 times for 4 sets.
For calves it was seated calf raises with reps of 20.
I also did 2 hours of basketball before the gym so I'm going to count that as my cardio. I'll probably go back to the gym in an hour and try to get some good abs in.

My gym partner bailled on me again today so I'm going to have to find someone to get in there and spot me. Today was supposed to be chest day but since I was without spotter I did abs, forearms, and calves. For abs I did hanging leg raises, crunches, weighted side crunches, and back extentions. Forearms I did forward and reverse wrist curls supersetted for about 6 sets. And calves was seated calf raises for 6 sets. My diet has been really clean today. Already at 100g's of protein and my day is only half over. Gotta remember to hit up the casein tonight before bed.

Before each working set I did between 3 to 5 warm up sets consisting of about 12 reps each. I also had my wife trying to spot me so some of the exercises were a little more difficult than usual I think. Here are my stats for the 'working' sets.

Close-Grip Bench Press - 2 x 8+4 - 135 lbs
Machine Tricep Pressdown - 2 x 8+4 - 150 lbs
Lying Dumbbell Extension - 2 x 8+4 - 35, 30 lbs
Dumbbell Curls - 2 x 8+4 - 35, 30 lbs
Dumbbell Precher Curl - 2 x 8+4 - 25, 30 lbs
Forward and Reverse Wrist Curls - 3 x 15 - 40, 50, 50 lbs
Hanging Leg Raises - 2 x 12
Dragon Flag - 1 x 10
Situps - 2 x 20

Felt a really good pump in my arms for about an hour after the workout. I took my pre and post AMP workout pills and started drinking my 60g protein shake.

Trying something new today. I'm just going to try and work on my strength. I can worry about the aesthetics later.

Bench Press - 135, 165, 185, 195 x 8 reps
205, 225 x 3 reps

Lying Tricep Extension - 50, 80, 100, 100 x 8 reps

Standing Military Press - 95, 105, 115, 115 x 8 reps

Ab Machine - 95, 110, 110 x 15 reps

Doing a little strength training today. I feel like I put up some pretty good numbers. Each exercise I did 3 reps each set.

Deadlift: 225, 275, 275, 295, 295, 315, 315

Hammer Strength High Row: 180, 230, 230, 250, 250

Hammer Strength Low Row: 180, 230, 230, 250, 250

Seated Cable Wide Row: 160, 140 Then I decided I didn't like this exercise so I moved onto abs.

Felt pretty good about this workout. I'm going to try and do the same idea tomorrow with shoulders and arms. We'll see how it goes.

Pretty good back day today. I have 2 new people that started working out with my that are pretty close to my size and strength.

Deadlift: 135 x 10, 225 x 8, 275 x 5
Hammer Strength Front Lateral Pulldown: 90 x 10, 180 x 8, 230 x 5, 230 x 3
Hammer Strength Low Row: 90 x 10, 180 x 8, 230 x 5, 250 x 3
Hammer Strength Wide Pulldown: 180 x 10, 230 x 8, 270 x 5
Machine Shrugs: 290 x 10, 290 x 10

I'm going to try and do more for my traps next time I'm in the pit. Tomorrow I'm going to hit chest again. I really need to bring that muscle up.
