Just thought I'd brag a bit...
I opened my Valentine's gift from my wife this morning - a black XXL "Squat Til You Puke" t-shirt. I'm feelin' the love today!!

My Valentine's gift is a balls-to-the-wall DL workout later on tonight. Couldn't think of anything better today...
mines a nice big steak dinner after my leg workout....can't wait!!
As long as it doesn't get any colder (Thermometer said -33C this morning) we might be going tobogganing. We'll wind up spending more time in the car warming up and drinking hot chocolate than actually tobogganing.

deff bro my girl id jus like that. she understands all about the animal world and how i live, so i might have a little somthing like that for v day myslef. its nice to find a girl that understands our life and not bitchy about it

My girl went out shopping last night and bought me 15 pounds of ground lean turkey and a new brita water pitcher. Then she forwarded me the order form for the "mirror, mirror" poster from animal.

My Valentine's gift was a new MP3. When I opened I said "this is nice." My wife responded "I thought you could use it at the gym since you always complain about the music." I think I am going to keep her.

She cleaned the driveway (snow) and made dinner (actually ediable). Was enough for me ... on VD
She let me buy my new computer, picked up my supps from the post office, grabbed me 3 large roast beef sandwiches from arby's for cheat day, and some snuggling...I mean..um...I'm gonna go eat some red meat now.

me and my girl had our v tines day late becuase she was at her school but im fucking pumped she bought me the animal zip up sweatshirt. never would have thought she would have gotten me something from animal, but im pumped

I find that my best workouts are on holidays and weekends, when only I am there. All the sane people are at home, warm and toasty, and here I am, bending bars and seeing spots.
Have you ever hit the gym on christmas eve? Fucking WICKED.

Valentines day was a great leg workout. Just about lost my breakfast a couple times. But I got my shit done that morning.
As for the rest of valentines day......well.....I can't tell. I don't think my wife would appreciate that. She's great by the way.

Hell yeah bro, I'm not a young guy so I can say many many times that has happened. Nothing distracts me but having less people in our way is a big plus for all of us. Friends and Family like to open presents sometimes on the eve and I still make it back to do that with them but I tell them I just returned from my toy store already.
