I never makes my own shakes. I buy massgainer powder(protein,carbs,fat) which I think is the same as taking natural products and blending them only its more convenient.

Since Im an hardgainer I can pretty much put whatever brand of massgainer powder in my body and it does the job.

True you can you choose how many grams and which kind of carbs,protein or fat you put in your shakes by mading them but if you find a massgainer powder you like, why loose energy and time by making your own shakes ?

During a bulk, the first line of defense is always the calories from whole foods. That said, gainers like Real Gains have a place, especially where convenience is concerned. Also, Real Gains will get in and out of your system quickly. Translation? You won't feel so full for your next meal. So always start with a solid food meal plan, and supplement only as needed.

Yeah I agree. 3 solid meals + 3 shakes =6 meals. Sounds good to me.
