First off once again, tremendous thanks for selecting me as a tester. Here's the post I gave that won me a run with Project C

Why Me?
Well the spring Rugby Season is over and I managed to maintain a healthy 220 playing weight for much of the time. Now my coach wants me to drop a few pounds and work on my speed and agility so that I can fill any gaps we have in our roster for the fall season. I'm in decent cardiovascular shape and I have absolutely no health problems. I'll give a couple short reasons why I think I'd be a good tester.

1) Loyalty. I've been a firm believer in the Animal Line for the past year since I first got the Pak. I'm never going back to another brand. I've tried just about everything, Nitro, Omega, Flex, Pump, M-Stak, Stak, Cuts, even gone with some Universal stuff like Shock Therapy, Intra Aid, ZMA Pro, EAA Nitro, EAA Stack. Cuts help me drop near 20 pounds last summer when I thought my playing days were over. I'd love to see what this new product could do.

2) Dedication. I'm working full-time (40 hours) this summer and taking 13 grad school credits. My days for the next two months are mapped out ahead of time I'm no stranger to hard work. Doesn't matter if its in the office, in the classroom, in the gym or on the pitch. I keep my diet in check with 5-6 square meals a day, Glad boxes are my best friend cause I bring all my food with me everywhere. My workouts are planned out by my brother who's a strength and conditioning specialist.

3) Change of pace. I know that Animal is a great supplement line. I know we have a lot of bodybuilders, power-lifters, and guys generally trying to improve their fitness. I'm an athlete. I'm not trying to lift to compete on stage or even just look better on the beach. I lift to have the muscular endurance and conditioning to endure 80 minutes of the most physical game on the planet. I'd love to represent the other Athletes on the board and see how it can help someone with our sport-specific needs.

That being said here's where we stand:

Wake-Up Weight: 219.6
I'll be weighing in every morning when able. The week will look like:

Mon, Wed, Fri - Lifting
Tuesday, Thurs, Sat - AM Cardio, PM Kicking Drills(Rugby related)
Sunday - Rest

I'll try and keep the calorie count going daily. Just got a nice commission check from work, so I should be able to really plan out my diet solidly. Right now supps I'm on and will continue with while on Project C:
Wake up - Protein Shake
Breakfast - Pak, 2 Uni-Liver
Meal 3 - 2 Uni-Liver
Lunch - Flex, 2 Uni-Liver
Meal 5 - 2 Uni-Liver
Dinner - Omega, 2 Uni-Liver
Pre-Bed - ZMA Pro

Pre-Workout - Pump, EAA Stack
Intra - EAA Stack
Post - Protein Shack.

Got a hold of corporate. Not sure what the hold-up was but its in the mail and I should have it by tomorrow. Can't wait to get started. Rage has my diet in check, the workout is approved, the cardio is mapped. No more need for talk, time for the lights camera and action.

And now the projected delivery date is tomorrow afternoon. Crossing my fingers. The new diet seems to be keeping me full for 2 or so hours and getting me hungry just in for the next meal. Weighed in at 221 on the nose this morning.

So got my first taste of Project C yesterday morning at quarter to 7am. Had to workout before heading to NYC for the day and Yankee Stadium. Downed it with some ice cold water mixed with EAA Stack. By 7am doing a warm up job I felt like it was 15 minutes before kickoff on game day. Wide awake, and I'm definitely not a morning person. Had a great workout and plenty of juice left to kick out the sprints at the end. Hit the sauna for 10-15 to stretch out. Got back to my apartment cooked breakfast and set out for Manhattan. Waited til game time to pop the 2nd pack at 7:05. Wide awake the whole game and kept me good on the drive home. Great response in energy and focus. Down to 217.8 as of yesterday morning. 3.2 pounds since I changed the diet up and added project C during the week.

Been home for the weekend. Should be heading back to Deptford later tonight. Downed project C at 8am this morning waking up before playing the memorial day services in my hometown. Been playing the horn since I was in 3rd grade, and been playing taps on Memorial day probably since 01. Like its been doing Project C got me up and ready to play. Killed it on each of the memorial stops. Going to pop the 2nd pack in a few and hit the road for some shirtless cardio. (Got to let these Southern Italian genetics kick and and get golden haha). I feel lighter, though I haven't weighed myself in a few days. It'll be 1 week on Friday but I've been on the new diet since Tuesday.

Woke up at 8am. Downed Project C with some Ice Cold Eaa Stack. Waited 20 min and popped my Pump. Hit the road for some light jogging for 20 min. Went into our little ass universal gym in my apartment complex. Treadmill for 25 min, then did some ab work. Finished it up with 15 minutes of stretching in the sauna. Hit the shower, cooked breakfast downed Pak and 2 Unilivers.

Hit the shower, cooked breakfast downed Pak and 2 Unilivers. Scale in the bathroom is dead without batteries. Will get some at lunch and weigh in tomorrow morning.

Downed the second pack about 45 min before meal number 4. Keeping me alert and focused in this ungodly boring 5 hour class. No side effects so far in 5 days of taking it. Just good focus and energy. Hope it keeps up.

Woke up at 9:30 today. Downed Project C. Got some shopping done, hit the gym at 2pm:

High Pull
Push Press
Clap Push-ups
Jump Squats
Broad Jumps
Split leg Jumps
Knees to Chest jumps
1 Exercise with explosive reps for axillary muscle groups.
Sprints and agility drills.

I'm dragging in class right now. Gonna pop the 2nd in a few to carry me through the rest of the night. Diet has been locked down and I have seen the results. Can pull the belt one hole tighter and on the scale portion I'm down to 116.8 from 221.

Woke up at 8:30, downed project C. Waited 25 downed pump hit the road for cardio, finished up with some ab work and stretched out in the Sauna. Feeling slimmer, energy levels are staying up all in all I'm really pleased with its performance so far.

Thanks J. I'm staying on top of things. Amazing how long it takes one to truly accept that success is a Diet first Supplements 2nd approach, haha. If I only had a brain when I was 15. Oh well no use crying over lost time, plenty of years to get it right ahead of me.

Woke up for my practicum at 6:30 today. Downed project C. Turned the shower on ice cold. It was great to see the look on my Dad's face as I cooked steak for breakfast at 7:30 only to wash it down with a cup of oats and water. Haha. Took Pak with it and waiting til about 10:30 for the next meal. Then the third at 1:00. Down 2nd project C at 2, Pump at 2:15 and hit the weights by 2:30. Couldn't step on the same scale today so no idea if I'm still at 216 or lower. We shall see. Either way down 5 pounds in a week is damn fine with me. Only hoping to get lower.

keep up the solid work, G.....I too wish I had stuck with things at an earlier age...but like you said, no sense in crying about it now....there is work to be done!

Ssdd. Downed it, ate breakfast, at work now trying to refinance anyone stuck with a shitty mortgage or possibly in need of a new rate. Fun Fun Fun. Will down the second pack when I get out before I hit the gym for some cardio.

Gotta love the face on pops when your eating that for breakfast. I got it every morning for weeks while i dieted down for my shows haha. Its all part of the game.

wow, bro...that does look brutal! I am having the hardest time standing up out of the chair after todays leg workout, but I still feel C doing it's thing....how you liking it so far?

So much its crazy. Once it kicks in I feel the focus and energy I need to get through the workout. Cardio isn't a burden anymore, its just a pain to keep looking at the clock. Other than that I'm loving it. Wish they would let us run a second can.
