Fellow animals, I have been a brother of yours from the beginning. Your knowledge has put me at where I am today. At the beginning I was a scrappy 135 pound guy now two years later i stand at 190 pounds thanks to you. I decided today was the day I was going to make it official and journey into the darkness. Balls out 110% dedication until i reach my goals. 12 weeks to gain 25 pounds increase my bench by 25 squat by 40 and dead by 25. I know I can do it. Theres not a single fuckin doubt in my mind. follow me, or watch me as i conquer what many of you will think is impossible after reading this.

I reflected today on those people i used to look up too or want to be exactly the same in everyway just a few years ago. Growing up in a small town most of those people were members of the high school football team. everyone in the town would talk about their strength, how big they were or how good they are at football. Off the field as i got closer to my role models i realized... they were shit. lazy ass god damn druggies. its the life the majority of high school/ college students choose. giving up time of eating and lifting for "a good time". expecting everything to be handed to them, and were just simply satisfied with what little they got.

That added fuel to the fire, it pissed me off. I knocked down every role model, idol, and hero. the only person i had to look up to was myself. I knew what had to be done and I knew i wanted to be better then them. i want to be at the top and will stop at nothing. no more watching others get handed shit. its time to build an animal that i can look up to An animal the younger generation will gain knowledge from about creating yourself and not messin your self up.

to the "role models" i had in my youth. i thank you. your mistakes have fueled me to become more

Brothers. day 82 is going in the books. And as I sit here I question. what more could've I done. Theres always more.
On a second note, Im not gonna lie the past year. ive gained a ton of poundage, While the freaks of the weight room were slackin. I'm gettin tired of that talkin coming out of those holiday lifters. If talking about how much they used to be able to lift made you stronger. these guys would be jacked like frank. those guys are the freaks of the weight room. they could do a set of squat, call it a day, and go sit on the couch, and grow. well times have changed and I'm the one on top. pushing weights till my eyes bleed dedication. I am not one to dwell on the past. for me, I am stronger then I was years ago. why look back. I've had a revelation these pussies arent worth me typing.

day 82 looks like

breakfast- pak half gallon milk 4 eggs
lunch- tatortot casserole beef and bean burrito apple sauce peanut butter cookie
snack- 2 eggs pbj
pre workout - shake
post- shake pbj
supper- steak noodles banana
snack- 6in roasted chicken breast
bed time snack- havent decided yet. know ill put something down

lifting.. shoulders

overhead pin press 3x5 135 185 185
shrugs BB 3x 10 245 245 245
front raises 3x10 40 40 40
incline dealts 3x10 20 20 20
basketball for 2hrs... cardio...

Look at my location, LOOK AT MY LOCATION. Is there ANY way we can change the meeting time of the ABC to like 7:00 or 8:00 tomorrow??? I have to work another shift tomorrow night for ALS and there's no way I could make it. I live in sheffield and tried sending you a message to your number but no reply. Get back to me.
