If I am bulking, what would you say is the ideal amount of fish oil to take and when should I take it?

I take mine sometime before my workout: either with breakfast or lunch.

honestly man, i dont thnk that is a good idea, unless I am mistaken. Arent carbs and protein best before and after a workout?

My second, fourth and last meals are just fat and protein, so I get them in with those. Its best to have it with fat/protein meals but if you cant just take them whenever, just not around workout itme.

Don't take them with a meal with a lot of fiber. I take fish oil at 1000mg 3 times per day.
