I decided to write a diet in preparation for competition of Victor Martinez...
Viktor preparation begins 12 weeks before the competition...
***first phase 12-8 weeks out
meal 1 - 10 egg whites, 2 cups of oatmeal, 2 pieces of integral bread
meal 2 - 350 gr beef meat, 1 cup integral rice
meal 3 - MRP with 50 gr protein and 24 gr carbs
meal 4 - 350 gr of white chicken, 1 cup of integral rice
meal 5 - MRP with 50 gr of protein and 24 gr carbs
meal 6 - 350 gr of white chicken, 1 cup of integra rice
Viktor eat intermittently, one day, double beef, one chicken ..
the other day, one beef and chicken twice..
***second phase 8-4 weeks out
This phase is completely the same as the first except that now ..
Viktor now eat each day, twice a chicken and one beef,
completely removes the days with two meals beef..
***third phase 4 weeks out
at this stage viktor`s menu suffer serious changes ..
still takes shakes but their carbs content reduced from 24 to 12 grams..
in place of beef and chicken come turkey (350 g) and sea fish (350-400GR)..
changes amount entered during the carbs and 4-5 days takes a lot of carbs during the 1-3 days very few ..
