I'm about to start my cycle on Cuts. I always take the Pak daily, so that will be there along with the Cuts.
I searched around but came up with no clear answer.

Cardio is best right after I lift, correct?
So if that is the case and I lift in the evening, when should I take Cuts?
I know I should take a pack upon waking up. But then it says to take a pack before cardio. Should I take my 2nd pack before I lift? Or after I lift and just before cardio?

Also, what intensity should my Cardio be at during the Cuts cycle?

wrong man....cardio is best in the early morning....second to that i guess would be postworkout, yeah take first one upon awakening....then second before cardio, but since you train at night, i would not take it too late, may interfere with sleep.

Correct.

Best time for cardio: first thing in the morning
Second-best time: post workout.

and also, any answers to my other questions:

What intensity should my cardio be at?

Also, should I take Cuts after workout/before cardio, or just before both workout/cardio?
