Hey brothers, just wanna get a general consensus on how long you guys stick to a particular split and how long it takes you to start changing things up... rep ranges, different bodypart splits, different training styles, etc.

I think you should change a routine up if you've either hit a plateau, you see no results from it at all or you get bored of it. But, if your getting good solid results, then there's no reason to change it. Usually 3 months should let your know where you stand and what to do based on results.

do the exercises you like do do, do what works best for you, never do the same workout twice in a row unless you like it, most people get bored from that

I rarely change my routine. I don't see how people can get "bored" of seeing progress from workout to workout.
In my opinion there is never a need to change your entire routine. If EVERYTHING "plateaus" all at once, then you have a serious problem with your DIET.
What normally happens is one or two bodyparts will start to fall behind, or aren't getting enough work, or whatever... and you make small changes to your routine until that is fixed. Move this bodypart there, combine these bodyparts here, add another exercise, etc. whatever... You don't overhaul to an entirely different training program when everything else was still getting results.
And if you get SO bored in the gym that you literally need to change your whole routine every few weeks, I don't think this is a good hobby for you. If you bench pressed 225x10 last week, and this week you bench 245x10, and you yawn and think GOD HOW BORING, then I have doubts about the progress you're going to make in the long-term.
I'll be sticking to a PL routine for 13 weeks or so up until my meet, then switch it up after the meet and do more of a bodybuilding split for about 3 weeks, then back to PLing.
