hey brothers, ive been keeping track of my progress for awhile now, and i was wondering something. when you measure your arm and say it's 20 inches or whatever, is that measured around the bicep/tricep with your arm full extended straight, or in a bicep-flexed position? ive been doing the latter, but i was wondering what the "norm" was. thanks.

biggest girth around the arm, when cold is normal

The few times I've measured my arm, it was always around the highest peak when the bicep was flexed.
