Well DANO and wedge have both convinced me to make a journey, so her it is. No padding, no frills, no fanciness, just a simple look at what im doing. For all those who decide to watch me i want to say thank you and if u see any times where i am falling behind or anything feel free to kick me in the ass.

barbell rows- 135x10 for 2 sets, then 185x8 2 sets
DB rows- 110 db's x10 1 set, 115 db's x8 2 sets, 120x8 1 set
Stiff leg deadlifts- 135(warmup set)x8, 180x8, 225x8, 315x5 (w/ straps on 315 because hands were being stupid and cramping)

Use JUGGERNAUTS system...Pack the 120 into the aerobics room and set them next to the pink weights untill the gym owner gets the hint!

Today was arms but i felt sick as shit when i was there and was really weak.

-Seated DB curls-40x8 each arm, 45x6, 50x5, 45x8
-standing EZ bar curls-75x10, 95x10,105x8,115x6
-standing straight bar curls-45x10(warmup), 65x10, 75x8, 95x6, 105x6
-cable straight bar attachment curls-60x10,70x8,80x7,90x6
-straight bar pressdowns-70x10, 80x8, 100x8,120x6
-rope pulldown-60x6,70x6,60x6 (realized afterward i wasnt putting elbows out far enough)
-v bar pressdowns-50x10, 80x8, 100x6, 120x6
-reverse curls(really really sucked compared to usual)-85x8, x6, x7
-really started feeling sick so sat down and then went to do cardio, crapped out after 5:31

really really bad day...

oh for the record i take pak in the morning, pump pre WO(about 45 min before), and also a pre workout protein complex and a postworkout protein complex and carb complex to aid glycogen restoration and all that good stuff. if u want brands and names please send me a pm.

test was long as shit!!! those were about the worst fuckin chairs too! the doors were small too my shoulders almost touched the frames while i walked through. but besides that SAT was dandy

well at dad's this whole week in maryland so its going to be interesting training with so little weight. im gonna have to do high reps like wedge said and just get it done.

Try some 10 x 10. No matter how "light" the weight is, come sets 7-10, it might as well be a ton.

I once did 10x10 for bench at high incline, moderate incline, flat, and decline. talk about fried when I was done.

well we have about 110 for me to work with and i think i may be able to find some weight in the basement but i just used 110 for this workout:

-squats-110x10 7 sets
-front squats-110x10 8 sets
-seated calves(did these by grabbing a tall board, sitting on the bed, placing the bar on my knees and going) 110x12 6 sets
-standing calf raises(bar on shoulders, toes on board)- 110x12 10 sets
-stationary lunges- 90x8 6 sets
-romanian deads- 110x10 10 sets

normally i add more into leg day but i am very limited here

haha so true, especially the count up to five then down from 5. i was trying all sorts of funky counting variations like "1...2...1...2...1...

its like when i am running on an elliptical machine for 40 min, the last five minutes i count down "1o...9...8..." so forth then when two minutes hits i think back to when i was fat like "damn, this thing is a hot pocket away" haha

yeah when i pulled up the 365 i took a video with my phone but they charge me an arm and a leg to put it online so i didnt even do it for the 385. so im gonna use the digital camera for the 405

well here is pretty much what my diet is right now. it changes throughout the week as to what goes into it but its always the same numbers pretty much.
-6:00 am-6-8 eggs and cup-cup and a half oats with natty pb
-8:00 am-2 cans tuna and cup oats or maybe yam(take pak with this meal)
-10:00 am-either 2 can tuna or chicken breast and glass fat free milk
-12:00 pm-salad w/ chicken breast and can of tuna with fat free italian dressing
-2:00 pm 2 can tuna
-3:30(pre WO) salad w/ chicken breast and a protein shake
-4:30 take pump and leave for the gym
-7:00 Protein shake and a carb drink by _____ brand
-8:00 usually whole wheat pasta with ground beef as lean as i can get

it works pretty well. definitely gives me some energy, especially pre WO. i actually posted a thread on diet about pre WO salads. a few other people said they do the same thing and notice the energy level increase. it has a lot of different things that help me push through, and i really notice a difference when i dont eat one pre WO.

well its one of those nights again. i know i wont be sleeping well. i just finished my third gallon of water i had today. its gonna be a long night, especially considering i am getting up at 5 am for cardio.

I remember reading that thread. Didn't put two and two together an realize you had posted it.
I might give that a try. I've been doing good with a bagel and 25g of protein about two hours before.

-DB curls (using a DB bar you put weights on)- 40x12, 50x10, 60x8, 60x6
-strt bar curls-80x10, 95x8, 110x10(got really amped up for some reason), 120x6
-reverse strt bars- 90x12, 100x10, 110x12, 120x8
-DB hammer curls-45x12, 55x10, 65x8, 65x8
-DB overhead single arm triceps- 50lb-4 sets 8
-wrist curls- 120- 4 sets 8

thanks. i think this is a test that was supposed to be put on me to see if i would keep going with such a lack. i mean think about it i ran out of protein, there is no gatorade in sight, and i have very little equipment. this is a strange situation.

well its not over yet but i am not giving up. this body has to grow. im glad i found that extra weight to work on deadlifts with higher weight tomorrow than i thought. 10x10 baby!

no its not. but my dad wanted to hang out for the week so i came over and then when i got here i remembered his house is geared toward an overweight italian man not a person trying to build lean mass. he doesnt understand the lean part. and im kinda broke right now so i am doig what i can with what i have. thankfully there is some weight here.

yeah. i am working toward a 450 deadlift right now, but my last PR was 385. i am 99% certain i can go to 405 or more next week. chest needs the most work on my body right now.

I have just the opposite problem. I have to fight to put weight on, that week I was sick I dropped 5lbs, now I have to struggle to gain them back!

From what I've read you have done a helluva job cutting down congrats for that! Me I have fought and scraped for years from 155 on a good day to where I am now. when I hit 200 I am going to try a cut and drop to about 8%bf from my current 12%.

yeah i am good at cutting. its spinach, chicken, and the right carbs at the right time mixed with proper cardio and good lifting sessions. thats my formula.

i was at dad's on the last workout i posted up there. i like the high rep stuff. finally back at my gym and have a training partner. my bro iron_soldier is training with me now so we are hitting it even harder now. i didnt get a chance to write everything down today because we had an incident with a lost dog giving me little time to get anything at the house except my supplements. but some highlights from todays arm workout were curls for 2 sets of 21 reps with 85lbs, supersets with varying weights and varying speeds with straight bar curls. what we did there is took two of the barbells, sat them on the floor. each of them was about 10 lbs difference from the other and we would do the heavier weights faster and the lighter weight really slow to induce the pump. it was a very good workout and we changed it up a lot. day before was a back day and we changed that up a good bit with some super sets and drop sets. we threw some stiff legs and some single arm db rows. basically like a normal back day for me only with some super sets and drop sets.

well a since i was about 13 i have had a shoulder problem that plagued me up until a few months ago. i was training to do the highland games and i also did a lot of tree cutting/moving that put a lot of strain on my right shoulder, then when i used to do some mma sparring sessions it would pop out sometimes causing me more problems. now i can finally try to build up that strength so it is sort of like starting off in the beginning with my chest. i grow muscle fast though so it will be fine.

Keep an eye on the shoulder bro. I had horrible form back when I started in the game and have tendinitis in my left shoulder because of it.

well fellas i am going to have to start putting all my workouts up at the end of the week or something because i have been focusing on my lifestyle a lot more than i already had. and between my girlfriend, my summer reading novels, making food, and working out it is becoming increasingly hard to write them down every night. what i did want to tell you is that i have broken the 200 mark and benched 205 the other day. i have also gained 6 lbs on my bulk so far and i have stayed pretty lean too. so i am currently at about 224lbs right now. trying to work my way to about 240 on this bulk. we will see how that works out. i also rack bulled 485 and got 500 almost all the way up. i am interested in seeing how that translates into deads in a few weeks. i have also gained a half inch on my arms as well on my bulk. everything is sort of setting in place for success. iron_soldier is my training partner and he and i are working together to get eachother's goals reached. he is helping me with my bench and i am helping him in his transformation from a powerlifter to a bodybuilder, he decided to lean more toward bodybuilding now so we are forming his foundation and working on the areas he needs to build more like forearms, lower lats, and calves. he is helping me get my "infant chest"(thats what i like to call it) up to par with the rest of my body. it is very interesting.

well i picked up copy of FLEX magazine a few days ago and it had a 1000 rep back program that a pro put in there and i was like "fuck it if he can do it so can i" so i went into the gym today and i did what i had to do. every rep was done...plus five more. it was hard as hell doing 1000 reps on upper back and straps had to be used because of grip issues as i went along. this was just another step towards the titans for me. done... whats next??? 450...i'm comin'...

Upon doing my 1005 rep program my eyes are opened even more to the fact that people dont understand this thing we do. I hear the football players at my school complain about having to lift, then i look at these "strength programs" that the coaches think up. What the hell are these people thinking? Oh yeah...three days a week we should make the players do squats, bench, and lat pulldowns... what do you call that? What do you call that? its not training i know that... and if they expect them to get anything from doing the same thing over and over than they are the ones that should be drug tested! I see these "trained professionals" making these athletes do programs that dont push them to the limit and then they wonder why they arent getting much bigger, stronger or better at the game. Every rep of every program i have created or tried is never perfect, i know this. But i put so much time researching and doing all the mad scientist shit to get it as close to perfect as i can. I look at these strength coaches and they are half my sixe and i think "how can you trust the training of a person with quads the same size as my arms???" This is an exaggeration, for my arms arent over 20 inches, but you get what i am saying. Every rep should be more challenging than the last and if it isnt your ass isnt working hard enough. I had a guy who plays soccer at my school say "all bodybuilders have to do is lift. soccer is much harder and takes way more dedication." what the fuck are you smokin' man? When i am cutting down i have to get my ass up between 3 and 4 in the morning depending on what else i have to accomplish just to get my first cardio session in. this ignorance is a curse in our society, a curse that we have to defy everyday of our lives on our way to being mighty titans among men. i had a little twiggy kid try to tell me "the right way" to do a bicep curl... i have 17 inch arms, which isnt bad for my age. this guy has maybe 12s or 14s at the most... "come on man put the creatine down and listen to what i am saying... your twig like structure isnt going to be changed by creatine powders and wal mart brand protein shakes. Nutrition nutrition nutrition, then proper training, then genetics, then supplementation." anytime i see the signs at a "gym" that says "NO CHALK, NO YELLING OR LOUD NOISES, NO WORK BOOTS, NO GUM, NO TORN OR WORN CLOTHING" i feel like punching a baby seal in the face. what do they consider training? talking on a bluetooth headset on the treadmill? because it seems like that is what "hardcore training" is in those places. this is ridiculousness in its purest form and must be stopped!

it was in flex as a means to stop a plateau. my back hasnt been growing for a while and since i shouldnt take test or anything like that because i am only 17 i needed to do something to completely confuse the muscle group. i got a great pump from it and the experience was great. not saying it will be something i do regularly if ever again.

well unfortulately school had to take the place of the gym for a while. and my computer crashed so i had to get that fixed. just got back to the gym the other day. im going to try to make posts every day that i workout from now on if i can get to the internet. i have to get my strength back since it had been almost a month i was out of the gym. i have a new training partner who has been giving me the push i need to get back in the groove. well guys i have mono. havne been on for quite a while before i got sick because all the shit involved with graduation/prom and all that, plus college stuff. Then i got mono and the doc says no gym for 7 weeks because of a swollen spleen and liver. I still have 4 weeks and 3 days. my plan when i get back, however, is not bodybuilding. I am setting my sights on strongman gents. gonna tailor my training on getting stronger more than just the focus on getting bigger. figured id give you all a heads up on whats been going on. peace for now.

im back in the gym now. weak again but i know its temporary. glad im not sick and can get on with normal life. got fat but ill lose it, 20 min or cardio along with my workouts will fix that. glad to be back here... consider me back in the game...
