Ok so iu started a cut type diet so i can lose the unwanted fat but still get the muscle i need let me know what you all think.
meal #1 3 egg whites aqnd a whole egg
meal#2 protien shake low carb protien formule
meal#3 i can plain tune with Ms dash
meal #4 same as meal two
meal #5 i whole boneless skinless chicken breast
meal #6 same as 2 and 4

first of all bro there's no way you can cut and gain muscle unless you are a freak of nature, also i see your diet is plain protein, i dont see no veggies, no carb sources or fat sources, you need to work on that bro

Ok i just added freash dry spinach 1 time a day about a cup and on carb day im doin the baked sweet potato im tryin the 3 day no carb 1 day carb 2 day no carb 1 day carb deal. and sry let me re state that got to cut some of this fat then want to put on the mass.

Ok will do thanks brothers for the feedback i will dig deeper in set up a new diet plain and go from there.
But just to put it out there i was 202 and im tryin to cut the fat and then start building. I am currently 195 in 3 days.

if you are gonna do zero carb days replace your carbs for fats
