Wheaties. You are laughing, right? Read on...

Not sure if anyone has ever thought of this before, but mixing your favorite bowl of cereal (rice crispies, chex, cheerios, whatever) with chopped up bananas and/or strawberries and using a vanilla protein drink instead of milk is a delicious way to pump your bowl of cereal.

i dont use the fruit but i use special k protein cereal and a vanilla protein shake, very good!

For breakfast I go with 1.5 cups of Fiber one cereal, 1 cup milk, 1 cup egg whites

Cals 390
Protein 39.5
Carbs (although 42 are fiber) 87.3
Fat 3.5

Do you put your egg whites in your cereal (egg beaters)? Or are they separate?

it is. and my protein tastes like shit so im sure if you have a good tasting protein it would be even better.

those things are awesome but way too expensive for my taste. id rather just microwave them the normal egg whites since i can get more for less.

Tomorrow I'm doing cinnamon chex in a vanilla protein shake. Sounds good, ay? Might even slice a banana in their. Hell, maybe some peanut butter to - an edible protein shake!
