Okay... I've done a LOT of research into some specific ingredients, and feel I've come up with an AWESOME "Rebound Stack..."
Starting weight was 166...
The specific "Mystery Ingredients" will be referred to as simply "N", "I", and "M"...
I'll be posting up more detail, during my lunchbreak, today...

I'll be using the staples of: Torrent... EAA Stack... Shock Therapy... Storm... and, Intra Aid... Diet will be and is: 140g of carbs... 300g protein... for 4 days, and then 1 day of 240g of carbs and 300g protein...

I: Ice cream
M: Manicotti

It can also stand for Noodles In Marinara sauce, aka Italian Pasta and gravy!

So there you have it. The secret recipe for Mr. Dead's rebound revealed.

Rumor has it, he will be melting a Pump, Pak and Omega packs in a large table spoon and booting it directly under the fingernail. I discouraged him from trying to feeebase the Omega.

I probably am joking around too much in the d-mans thread. To be completely honest, I do know some small parts but not the full deal. Mr. Dead and I trade stacking info all the time. If what he is doing here is based off what I think it is that he shared with me, then expect to see some great things. I know I myself am glued to my seat looking for the updates at this point.

Anything we can do in this sport to help give us that extra edge while throwing the iron around is a good thing.

The only person I talk to in the gym is my wife. And usually is to tell her no I am not done yet, and no I am not cutting my W/O short. Go sit in the sauna or something. Doing this actually made her start lifting weights too. PROBLEM SOLVED

Intra Workout: Intra Aid and EAA Stack
Post Workout: Torrent
After whole food meal following workout: 3rd dose of "I"

Non Workout Days
Everything stays the same, but no Torrent, Intra Aid, or EAA Stack...

It's hard to say, currently... With the old formula, I would have said that you'd be at a great age to take it... But, with the new formula of NSC, I'd probably say closer to 25... Due to the Test boosters in the new formula...

Nice shoulder day brotha, if you're looking for something new I would suggest reverse pec decs with either laterals or frontals with no rest between (or vice versa). I've been running the gauntlet with my shoulders lately trying to get them to catch up with my chest and that's the set that ends any stamina they had for that day, leaving me with a shoulder pump that gives me the feeling that I'm going to come out of my sleeves. Keep up the hard work, you've got a great log here.

i know you mentioned tht this is a 'rebound' stak for you from a competition, but i wondered how you thought it might work out for someone looking to kick things into gear (like a jump start). also how key did you feel the iso stak, and the nsc was to this stak?

It's hard to say on a lot of this... Which is why I'm leaving it open-ended, as I plan on revisiting this stack in a couple of months to see how much of my gains were strictly from the "Rebound" period... As far as the nsc and iso-stack, they helped support and augment a lot of the properties of M-Stak...
