this is how you make a journey right? i tried to make one and it didnt end up on the journey section

Yeah. this is how you make a journey. you get the basics of it right? Your last one was in the Your "Contest" Journey section. That's why it wasn't in the Journey section. I saw it though. At least you know exactly what you want. But If you don't get it, shoot for you. Just make you as big and good as you can.

Started my m-stak cycle on monday, feelin good so far, first time i cycled it i gained about 6 pounds without any fat and kept it for about 3 months now.

Just got back from training my back, numbers were up!!



Wide grip chins
bw x 10
bw x 8
bw x 6+2 partials

T-Bar row (incline setup)
1 plate x12
2 plates x10
2 plates+25lb x7+1 partial
3 plates!! x 5 PR!!!!!

Dumbbell Row
60x8
70x6
80x10 PR

Rack Deadlift (been bout 2 months since I deadlifted, felt great to em again)
135x12
225x10
275x12 PR
275x8

Seated Close grip row
70x15
100x12
120x15
140x10 PR!

Workout was insane!!!! felt great and still feelin good!

tommrrow is either a rest day or if front delts feel good ill hit delts, they are still super sore from training chest
