I know this question has been asked many times but I just want to make sure my timing is right. Here is my daily routine as of now.
6:30am wake up, take Cuts followed by 30mins empty stomach cardio
7:30am Eat breakfast and take animal Pak
3:30pm take Cuts
4:00pm take pump without red pill
4:30pm Work-Out
Does anything need to be changed?
