yeah thats what I am telling myself. I haven't lifted in around a year. I had to get hernia surgery for umbilical hernia not sure if it was related to the lifting or it was there before

My last max's were at 198lbs 455x2DL - 405x1Squat - 285x1bench
current weight - 175-180ish

I'm on the move to beat them all I know I can. its going to be crazy

I'm going to track everything for my workouts here and track the progress daily and let you all in on the ride. time to get big again

I'm going to go back at it hardcore. starting slow, today was legs day and I feel like a slob

squat - 135x10/165x5/165x5/165x5

leg press - 3 plates each side x8/ x6/ x6

hamstring curls - 90lbsx5/x5/x5

done - felt exhausted. It's going to be a long haul

My diet is good - 3 protein shakes/weight gainers a day. I take a protein called manna. 600calories 40g's protein 80g's carbs. bcaa's potassium etc. I buy it from a barbershop down the street. the owner of it giovanni is a big lifting guy, barrel chested , would always come into apollo fitness where I worked and yell manna so I started buying it off him, tastes great.

Creatine Monohydrate - on and off
AAKG's from Now Supplements - 3500mg's 2x a day
Shock Therapy for a pre-workout
Cranberry extract
multivitamin
glucevol (before & after)

As of eating meals a day, I eat around 1lb of wheat pasta a day, lots of grilled chicken breast, rice, oatmeal, milk. I like burgers but I try to keep it clean, no dressings/mayo n shit

goodnight

I felt the same way just got back in about two weeks ago from being off for 6 months cuz of military training. Youll bounce back quick your body has muscle memory. Youll feel better mentally soon. All it took was one good day in and a tearing pump to get me hooked again!

yeah I just got back from my chest workout. Went better than I expected, usually my bench falls off really bad, I weighed myself too, 165lbs.. So I was off 10-15lbs in my original post. I'm not sure if this is good or bad, I must be a large 165.

Workouts:

Inclined Bench, 95x10/115x10/135x6/145x4
Flat Bench, 135x5/135x5/135x5/155x2
hammer press - 2 plates each side, x8/x6/x6

skull crushers - 20lb dumbellsx8/x8/x8
rope pulldowns - " 8 " (not sure how heavy that is) x12/x10/x8/x6

end of the day, feeling good 2nd day back taking it easy. man I can't wait to deadlift tomorrow.

Diet is good today, lots of carbs and water

over and out
