Alright fellas, i still havnt got all my supps in yet but i do have my journey book. Its so easy to record my diet and training now. Yesterday i had Chest and Tri's and it is as follows:

Yesterday and today are my off days. Yesterday i went and swam for about an hour at the pool and just tried to get some sun..lol.. not hard over here tho. Today im just going to chill in my room and do some intense stretching. I will be back in the grind tommorow :D

Yes sir we do. Lol.. i told you to come up here but nooooooo some one is better off in Kuwait. BTW i have NO Animals to train with. lol. I mean, my training partner is a damn good training partner but i dont have anyone there when i say i want to try 315 for decline and they say 'dont worry, youll get at least 3'....so, come on up :D

Ha. Yeah. I think I'll be better off here because this deployment is almost over for me. I've got 68 days left man. Then I'm out. And leave in a couple days? It doesn't get better. I do miss it up there though. It was actually less stressful. I can't deal with idiots. That's all we have here. Hard headed, my way is always right, I don't wanna be deployed idiots. Sorry. I'm on a rant. I'm just glad we have a gym here. It's saved many a lives. I can do without the pool anyway. I haven't seen one in a year now. I think I can manage. LOL.

Yea, F slimmer..haha..when i got here i was about 242 and i want to reach at least 265. I just weighed myself the other day and i am 258 :) Yea well i finally got a good partner who is willing to listen and go the distance. Well hey dont be a stranger, talk to you soon.

Solid work in here bro. I gotta ask though, why 263? Why not just round up to the even number man, 265 :) I know there is a good reason, I'm just unlearned and pokin fun man. Mainly because that is my current goal, 265 with same or less BF by end of year.

Lol, i dont know i was at 250 when i picked that so i dont know why i did.. but after thinkin about it the other day i decided for 265.lol. I weighed yesterday and im at 255. thats about 5LBS in 2 weeks. But Iraq food doesnt help. So here was last nights workout.

Front Pulldowns:

Barbell Rows:

Dumbell Rows:

Yo BEN! you are lucky with finding someone...I thought about it and I have been through 3 partners already...they cannot stand the HIIT or the intensity or they just want to talk...I am done! lol, I am going solo now. Some chick asked me to write her down a workout, she was serious too, that was kind of weird. Other than that, just tearing it up this side of the war =). Keep your head up bro...well down when you hear that alarm. Be careful and keep in touch.

Yea, id say thru my many many months here i have been thru about 4-5 partners. For some reason when i explain to them how i am they dont grasp it. Anyway, been outta the gym for a few days, mission shit..lol.. ya know how that is. But i will be hitting shoulders hard in the morning. and the same goes for you keep your head down, drive on and keep in touch.
