like the tittle says i just moved from columbus ohio ( where we have a few good hardcore concrete and iron gyms) and looking for a similar type pl gym out here. i live in renton WA atm any help would be great. not sure if this is the right forum but you know what they say if it walks like a duck and quacks likes a duck lol

thx guys all i have seen are fitness centers and no thanks. i want to DL, bench, and squat not watch peeps curl and talk.
