I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!!! Training for the PA State Championships this year I tried something a little different. 1 Scoop of Torrent pre-workout and 2 scoops post-workout. I tapered down as needed as I got closer to the show. I come off all creatines etc about a week out. Here is my pre, intra and post...(intra is basically the BigAnt w/o the Gatorade)
