I will be logging my thoughts and workouts while on the new Natural Sterol Complex with my current supplement regime. I will have more details to follow as will be listing out my diet, supps, weight, and sessions here. Looking forward to seeing how it will work, I have had a lot of sucess with the orginial formula and can't wait to see how the new one works out.

Well it's awesome. I like it. Many people like it. The main ingredients have been researched, and have been shown to exert more benefits than just powerful muscle building. It's no "gimmick".

Meal 2 - 8oz protein, 4oz carb, 4 oz fiberous carb

Meal 5 - 8oz protein, 4oz carb, 4oz fiberious carb

For the past 3 weeks yes its been this low....my body likes carbs way to much. The week before my last meet I added carbs to all my meals and gained about 15 lbs in one week. Granted a lot of it was water but still it showed how I respond to carbs.....still experimenting with how I respond and each day is a day I learn something new

I currently am not having any food after that, normally dont get done traning till about 10 PM so when I do eat whole foods I can't sleep worth shit. Sometimes I'll have me just some ground beef or cheese so I can get some rest but as of late Torrent is it. But when I don't eat food I have a handful of amino tabs....

General rule of thumb is to avoid supplements (except maybe for a multi or whey) until you're 18. At that age you should be focusing on training, and eating like a beastman; let the supplements come later.

Yes it would be bad, I would not take it or reccomend it to you or anyone under 18. A general rule of thumb for suppliments is that when your supplimentation should only be as advanced as your training is. At your age the only thing I would take is a multi and a ton of food. It's what I did and a lot of others here on the board have done as well.

Yes, trying is the key word there, haha. Looking to see what is under all of this mess I've been building for a little over a decade. Then is time to add carbs, which may shoot me in the low 260s - 270s.

That was it, good session. Did all of this on 4 hours of sleep and two meals during the day, the reason I am telling this is not to sound hardcore but to show that no matter what the fuck happens during the day, missing sleep or meals that none of that matters. Its all about how hard your dedication to the sport, desire to take yourself to the next level and how much fucking heart you pour into your work is what makes them good and you an overall better athelete and person

They are increasing which is the complete opposite of logic. I don't know what it is or why but I feel stronger and not all that sluggish anymore either

I believe it, when I am trying to lean out a little bit is when my strength levels are the best. It's a weird thing.

Yes I do, I take 9 with Torrent postworkout. In the past its added some real nice density and overall fullness to my frame. Hoping the same will happen this time around

I noticed both OKG and GH Max contains Ornithine alpha-ketoglutarate, is it the same thing? 'cause I think people are suppose to take OKG with a meal but GH Max on a empty stomach.

You know what thats a good question, I don't know the answer but I beleive that they are two different ingredients

Well I have done a month of NSC and its time to end the log. At the end of it I weighed in at 250lbs which is good, thats were I want to be. My strength was pretty damn good during the whole time, with my bench going back up over 400 again. Aside from the little back problem it was a damn good run. Took a couple of stabs at 225 on the curl and missed but hey you can't win them all.

All and all it was what I expected from this product being that the orginal was good but this is even better. I got denser in my legs, chest, and back with muscular endurance stepping up even though I wasn't training for it. I would reccomend this product for those who would like to try it. Just remember to eat smart and train smarter, I am going to be using GH Max now followed by some M-Stack for good measures.
