maybe im preachin to the choir and this is common sense, but who doesnt wash their hands after they lift? my lifting partner looked at me like i was crazy the other day; i went to wash my hands before i drank my shake. (you know how many fucking people are sweating on the bars and equiptment?) im not a germaphobe but getting sick, or getting a staph infection would fuck my workout routine up.....just a friendly public service announcement
