Just a heads up for anyone who wants something a little different to drink down for a snack or such.... but im adventurous in my tastes and tryng out different meal styles to get in the most i can so heres something i wipped up...
Tastes best
handful of
Blueberries
Strawberries
1 bannana
1 qtr of watermelon/cantelope
1-2 scoops vanilla protein
half a raw sweetpotatoe
(ye a sweet potatoe it tastes awesome)
Couple of ice cubes and ya gold)
for some added protein i take out the watermelon and add 1-2 tbs of peanut butter
