I've just joined the army a few weeks ago with a bf% of 24 dwn from 32% been lifting for about 6 months now. I have been doin basic lifts but now im all about gain mass and shrinking my waist, since this sunday ill start off with chest and tris on monday

incline press 6-8x3
flat db press 6-8x3
incline flye 6-8x3
flat bench 6-8x3
incline pullover 6-8x5

low-incline close grip smith press 6, 6, 8
weighted bench dip 6, 6, 8
overhead ezbar ext. 6, 6, 8
incline db ext. 6, 6, 8
incline rope pressdwn 10, 12, 15

db side crunch 10x10
crunch decline 20x20
crossover crunch 10x10
sit-up to failure
push-up to failure

i have a lumber jack build though which sucks when ur getting taped. my measurements are 18in. neck 51.5in. chest 38.5in. waist 28in. thighs 17in. calfes and 20 in. arms.
