its simple, quick, and in my opinion, tasty.
1 can chicken (or about 12 oz shredded up)
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup shredded cheese
put in bowl, microwave for 90 seconds, and either eat on its own or makes a few sammiches. i didnt think itd be good at first, but i tried it and its not too bad.
around 650 calories, and around 65 grams protein
