Alright guys and gals, its been a really and I mean really long time since I posted anything on this forum. I might as well start with a training log that helps keep me motivated and at the same time all of you can chime in anything you like from suggestions, words of encouragement or to tell me I'm a complete idiot for doing what I did during any given workout. I don't have a problem with any of it, cause its all motivation when it comes down to it good or bad. I do have goals though and that's all that matters at this point, the meet is completely raw and tested so I cant play around with any fun stuff so to speak. Bench 425+, Squat 600+ and Dead lift 700+, oh and if you didn't figure it out yet the meet is December 5th in Toledo, Oh. Some of you might be wondering why the squat total is lower than my dead lift, well recently I had to take almost 2 months off from the squat bar cause I really messed my knee up and to date it still gives me a little hell form time to time. Anyways that's the story.

Its time to train and work hard, its what we all do, now whether or not anyone else understands that is another story. I like the Iron it doesn't talk back to me when I'm have a good or bad day, all I know is that it will always be there so I can take care of business.
