Got this recipe out of the August issue of M&F, they dubbed it "The World's Toughest Shake"... I'm drinkin it right now and I gotta say, it ain't that bad, kinda reminds me of oysters on the halfshell with a pinch of horseradish and a dash of hot sauce...
-6 raw egg whites
-5 oz. tuna
-1/2 cup wheat germ
-1 tbsp hot sauce
-2 cups water
This shit serves up 346 calories, 62 g protein, 15 g carbs, 5 g fat, and 4 g fiber. Now like I said before, it ain't as bad as it sounds, but wouldn't trade in my Ultra Iso Whey, that's for sure.
