why does he act like that? and he was talkin bout if people was on his squat rack on monday he would toss the weight? well 1....ppl dont use squat racks on mondays.....2.....this guy is full of it.....sure he may sound hardcore but......the real question is.....what is hardcore?

Bro, He's one of the sickest squatters of all time. Try and get into the mind of a seasoned powerlifter, you'll notice that most of them aren't right in the head. :)

Dude, have you never heard of "Captain" Kirk Karwoski!? The guy is just insane. Awesome powerlifter. Cracks me up too. I think the quote isnt literal, but just showing how intense the guy is and can be.

I think the most gear he used was single ply and knee wraps, but couldnt stand the suits and shirts. Very "Old School" mentality.
