i have my first contest coming up here soon (aug 22) and have been deep into my cutting cycle for the past 2 months. I have lost fat everywhere except my lower stomach reason and it is being extremely stubborn. im not sure if its water or fat, dk.

im 19 years old, 218 pounds as of right now.

5 day split, cardio two times a day 30 min morning, 30-40 min post w/o

DIET:
meal 1 (wake up)- small shake 20 g, animal cuts, eaa stack
cardio
meal 2- 3 eggs, 4 egg whites, 1 cup oatmeal, 1 grapefruit, animal pak
meal 3- 2 chicken breasts, almonds, 1 cup salad with 2 tbs olive oil
meal 4- same as meal 3, might only have 1.5 chicken breasts
pre w/o- shake 30 g, animal cuts, eaa stack, animal pump no stims
post w/o- shake 50 g, 5 g glutamine
meal 5- chicken breasts, 1.5 cups vegatables, small sweet potatoe
meal 6- same as 2 and 3
before bed- casein shake 40 g, 10 g glutamine, arginine/orthine combo


like i said, bodyfat is very low everywhere except for a little layer over the stomach that is hindering my middle to lower abs. any critiques on my diet? training? tips on how to cut that last amount of fat.

help would be greatly appreciated

IMO you are eating way too many carbs and very lil protein for a cuttin diet
i would drop the grape fruit and the sweet potatoe

and then at one of your meals you got two table spoons of extra virgin olive oil
i would make it one
