i have elbow and knee injurie i need to stop gym for a long time some people have tricks to keep me i shape an keep muscle during this time

if I understand correctly, you have some injuries and are taking time off?

Keep your diet consistent, lots of protein and whey powder. Recover and take it easy. You will gain all the mass back when you start lifting again.
