Lots of heavy ab work and strength training. You would also need to be at 10% bf at the most to be really see them.

genetics (aka the actual dna/base pairs plus the individual expression of these genes) are going to affect the shape of your abs and fat deposition around the midsection. just something to keep in mind when comparing yourself to other titans. bodyfat will obviously affect the visibility of your abdominals muscles and cuts.

just as with all the other muscle groups we hit, there are various training techniques we can utilize with different goals in mind. some exercises will simply create a more toned/outlined look, while other exercises have the potential to make your rectus abdominis (your 6-pack muscle) look like a stack of bricks. it sounds like you're going for the second look, so try some of these exercises with the pulley stack. the best and most basic exercise would be to do weighted crunches with the rope handle (kneeling and facing away from the stack is best). go heavy so that you begin to fail around 12-15 reps. for obliques (both internal and external) try using the cable cross machine to perform weighted axe swings (stand upright and twist outward with hands parallel to the floor). again, aim for 12-15 heavy reps. try doing some of these exercises heavy while throwing in a couple light abdominal exercises (swiss ball crunches, leg lifts, etc) and see if you can get some results. best of luck!

In order to get the huge block abbs you need the big internal intra abnominals (internal obliques). You get those from squatting and deadlifting real huge weights. That way your outer abbs (rectus abdominals) are pushed out and you get that serperated block look that the huge dudes get.

genetics help ha ha!

Pretty much what everyone said above me. Genetics are number one when it comes to the way your abs look. Just train them heavy and hit them from every angle.

Like everyone said "its all in the genes" but the brick ab look is awsome.
