1. Arm over Arm Pull-ToyotaTundra

2. Deadlift 500 lb Log, then run & load 50 Lbs bags progressively.

3. Press Medley (260# Log, 255# Barbell, 243# Axle, 140# & 125# Dumbbells).

4. Atlas Stone Load (230, 260, 300, and 330 lbs) Various Level Platform

5. Bus Pull 100 feet

Wow. The clean and press medley was unbelievable. His for was spot on and he was fast as lightening. Especially with the axel, I barely saw him rest it on his stomach before he shot it up there.

The truck pull was funny though. I think only 4, maybe 5 pulls, actually did all the work. The rest of the time was pulling the slack out of the rope.

I'm very impressed. Thanks for the video Higa! I expect we'll see more of him. A definite beast!

I agree, it looks like the arm over arm pull was not tested, cause there was too much slack in the rope.
