Alright brothers I am CuttDeez and I won the promo that Animal put on to test out the new Animal Cuts. People ask all the time about the red pill in Cuts so Animal has decided to test it out. Here is my thread. I am going to start off the first can with the entire formula. Then I will take a week off and run the second can without the red pill. I hope to let you all know how the formula changes with and without.

I will log before and after pictures, BF, and weights with each can.
I will let you know exactly what I am eating everyday.
I will post my workouts and activities everyday.
I will also try to tell you how I feel throughout the day and through my workouts so you get an idea of how the Cuts will affect you.
I will try to keep as many variables out of the equation so we can really get a good idea of how much that red pill affects us.

First off I have a Powerlifting competition on the 8th of August so I will not start this journey untill the monday after which will be the 10th of August!

Here are my goals in using the Cuts. I am trying to stay lean and gain some real solid lean lean lean muscle through the two cans.

Yeah man I hope. I hope it doesn't come off as sketchy to them, because the invoice even says they shipped 2... I just got one can of cuts with the Universal sticker and a packet of intra aid.

Just got my package in the mail!! Two fresh cans!! Love the new look. I opened them up and I like all the capsules. Just looking at them made me feel more cut up!! Can't wait to start these up!!!!

This morning I took my first pack of and I took some before pictures and I weighed myself. I know that weighing myself first thing in the morning will give me a really light weight but as long as it is consistant we should be ok. These pictures were also taken without any vasodialators or anything. All I did was role out of bed pop the cuts, weigh myself, and start snapping.

7:00 - Breakfast ( cup of milk 90cals, 3/4 cup egg whites ~90, 1/4 oats 75 cals, 1 bannana 100 cals, 1 scoop torrent 100 cals) Total: 450
supplements taken with breakfast: 2 NSC, 1 Pak, 1 fish oil, 3 livers
8:15 - 15 Almonds 105 cals, 1 fish oil
9:30 - 6 OZ turkey 177 cals, 1 tortilla 100 cals, 1/2 red pepper 30 cals, 1/4 red onion 15 cals, 1 slice lowfat cheese 30 cals, Total : 350 cals
Sups taken: 3 Livers, 1 Fish oil

Here is the supps I will be taking. It is broken into the diet but here are the specifics:

1 Mulit vitamin
Torrent
15 grams benefiber


I drink about 2 gallons of water a day:
the first gallon is my man drink which is:
brew 5 bags of green tea
mix with 1 packet of crystal light
add 15 grams of fiber
add to 1 gallon of water

Drink and stay regular and hydrated!!!

Yeah so do I, but its alot extra cals. That on a cut prob itsn't a good idea. But its up to you. Or even some Iso Whey would be better.

Maybe I should get more input on this. You bring up a good point with the extra calories. However, with my body type it is hard for me too gain weight and easy for me to stay lean. My goal with this cycle is to gains some hard lean mass. So I want to keep everything as clean as possible and bump up the calories a little with the cuts. I think that the positives of the torrent will outway the negative calories. At least thats what I am hoping. We will ahve to see its going to take a lot of hard work.

Ya i started today! about to post my workout. today was a recovery day from the comp but i got in my cardio and a couple light movements

front and side raises 3 x 10 each light weight

abbs lots of abbs 30 min of abbs light weight lots of repps

treadmill for a little

20 min of foam rolling on the legs

burned a good amount of cals and got my movements in great day!!
