Just recieved my posters...4am shy am I here and under my skin...love them so much ordered the entire set for my office...its the wall of motivation. Also got my sleevless shirt...the black animal shirt...wore it yesterday to do arms...and something just grapped me...i love the logo...love the animal on the front....it got to me...I felt like I had my forum buddies there with me...and my fucking power curve went up about 8 notches....what evere it takes bros....it takes. And this shirt got me going big time....it was one or thoes things that got me pumping....and now Im on the way out to the gym for number 2 workout for the day...and again i put on the shirt...and the power will be mine.....I love this shit guys...its my edge on age...its my mission to punish the iron...and feel the pain...
Ill be on line with you guys for this 3 day weekend.... lets keep the energy flowing...

Good stuff man, Do what you gotta do to get the mindset in the gym. I have to wear a heavy sweater, Blue, and a beanie everytime I workout and this gets the feeling going for me that I'm gonna kick some ass. Mindset is everything in this game. If you don't got it you wouldnt last. keep up the good shit man.
I wear a t-shirt that my father bought me when I was 14. He cut the arms off of it to make it look more "tough" for when him and I used to go work out on base. I try to wear that damn thing every time I have a heavy day. It has tears and holes and bleach stains all over the thing, but NOTHING will get me more pumped.
You yourself found something simple and easy to get you pumped. Sometimes thats all it takes.

dude people say it does not matter what you wear in the gym. Fuck that it makes the different between a good workout and a great one. I always wear this one shirt on leg day. It reads "as I lay dying"(its a band) meaning in tragedy or tragedy in the search for meaning. I love it everytime I look in the mirror it just psyches me out.

I wear the exact same shirt every workout... a Plain Black T w/ cut-off sleeves... holes and tears in it...

fuck yeah, i wore an as i lay dying shirt today bro. its a shirt that has memorys....and weird thing is i really almost died wearing that shirt (got in a bad wreck on the highway going to a concert)

i got a bright yellow P.J. Stock Ass Kicker Crew shirt with no sleeves. He was the bruins enforcer from about 00-02.. small guy but wouldnt back down from anyone. My idol. NEver lift without it
