Thank you to Universal/Animal for letting me help test the Animal cuts. I will log my work outs, diet and reactions to this supplement! Looking forward to starting this out.

Been 4 days so far with the cuts. Liking it. Have to say I'm a lot more focused in the gym than I was before. Been pissing more but that's expected. My energy lasts longer than it has with any other fat burner I have used before. I have great workout sessions due to that. Great product so far. Can't wait to see what happens in a couple weeks with this.

Well it's been about a week. Liking the way I feel when I train using this. Gives me a good burn so I know it's doing something. Pissing loads but that's expected. Really good product. I take my first pack when I wake up and then follow it with my a.m. cardio which normally is running. Take the second pack about 5 hours later. Loving it.

That stim in there really works well. Got crazy energy. Usually I don't have any energy when I used others but this one works well. Gets me through the day. Sweating and pissing a lot too but it's cool. The burps aren't the greatest tasting but that don't matter. So far so good though. I'll be weighing myself soon to see how much I have lost so far. But must say my energy has changed greatly.

Great leg day today. My intensity is so crazy I pumped up the volume Went as follows (remember I'm a girl)
Walking lunges with 10 lbs. for 6 sets
Leg extensions for 90 lbs for 3 sets of 15 reps
Seated Leg curls 100 lbs 3 sets of 12
Laying leg curls 50 lbs. 3 sets of 15
Leg press for 2 sets with 250 lbs for 20 reps the 1st set then 25 the other
Ball squats bodyweight for 3 sets of 20 (DEEP)Stiff leg deads 105 for 3 sets of 15

Here's my diet/supplement program so far
8 am wake up and take cuts followed by 30 minutes of morning cardio
9:15 Eat 3 strips of turkey bacon and 2 whole eggs with 2 whites
10-12 Working out with weights followed by more cardio
12:30 Lunch PBJ on wheat bread
2 take second serving of cuts
3:30 protein shake
4:15 Another cardio session for 30 minutes
6 Chicken with green beans
9:30 BEDTIME

Finished the cycle with the pill. Taking a week off then doing another cycle with out the red stim pill. With the red pill, I had lots of energy compared to normal. This is one of the better fat burners I have ever used. I have only lost a few pounds but my weight keeps going up in all lifts which I mainly have to credit from the energy I have from that stim pill. I'd write my workouts down but I'm not too organized with that stuff but will do my best to do so with the next cycle. Just been very busy but honestly, I have noticed a difference with my intensity in the gym. Will report back with my workouts and such with cycle 2.

Back for round 2 without the red pill. I had to take more time off because of school and being a little under the weather but now I'm back into the groove. Today was my first day back to training hard again. So far, I must say I haven't noticed much of a change energywise without the red stim pill however, this is my first day.My workout went as follows:
Assisted pull up machine neutral grip: 2 sets of 10 and 8
Assisted pull up machine wide overhand grip: 2 sets of 8 and 7(last rep was too sloppy to count)
Reverse grip pulldown: 2 sets with 60 for 12 reps and 1 set with 75 for 10
Overhand t-bar row: 20*12, 25*10, 25*8
1 arm dumbbell rows: 20* 12, 20*12, 25*10
Rack deads using dumbbells: 30*12, 30*12, 30*10
Back extensions: 3 sets of 12

Great workout with a great pump. Finished it off with 30 minutes of walking on the treadmill. Will post my diet a bit later.

This is the diet I will follow throught out this test.

8 a.m. 3 slices of turkey bacon, 1 whole egg and 3 whites
10 a.m. whey protein shake 30 grams and apple
10:45 a.m. WORKOUT
12 banana and 30 grams of whey
2 whole grain turkey sandwhich with 3 slices of turkey or 1 chicken breast with 1 cup of green beans
5 handfull of almonds and a shake 30 grams
8 1 chicken breasts and 1 cup of broccoli
9:30 SLEEP

My energy wasn't really there but I still had a great workout. Weird how taking out 1 pill can change your workout mood and energy.
Started off with some squats.
Bar*15, 65*12, 65*12, 75*10, 75*9
Hack squat close stance 70*12, 90*10, 90*10, 100*9
Hip abductors 75*15, 105*12, 120*12
Hip adductors 90*15, 120*15, 150*12
Seated leg curl 50*15, 70*12, 90*10
Ham press 180*12 for 3 sets
Seated calf raise 45*20, 70*15, 90*12, 90*12
Calf raise standing 80*15, 100*15, 120*12, 130*11

Did treadmill for a 20 minute slow walk and stretched.

9/25 Chest
Incline barbell press- bar*15*15*12, 55*8, 65*5
Bench bar*15*12, 55*10, 65*8 followed by 7 negative push ups
Incline Hammer press 20*15, 30*12, 40*12, 50*6
Push ups 3 sets of 10

Did bike for 30 minutes. My energy isn't what it was with the red pill I must say.

Coming back after my day off (Sunday)
Felt like hitting arms. Have to say, I don't feel the same amount of focus and energy without that red pill but I still do what has to be done. Lost 3 lbs. as well.

EZ curls- 20*15, 30*12, 30*10, 40*9 plus 2 forced
supersetted with
EZ bar skull crushers 20*15, 30*12, 30*12, 40*10 plus 2 forced

Incline curls 15*13, 15*12, 20*8
supersetted with

Finished with 30 minutes on elliptical afterwards. Great sweat and pump

Decided to go with legs. Got on the scale before my a.m. cardio and am down 4 lbs. thus far. Very pleased. I'm even noticing muscle definition in my arms as well. Energy may not be high, but my results motivate me enough.

Leg extensions-35*20 for 2 sets
Wide dumbbell squats-35*20, 45*15, 60*12, 65*12, 70*10
Close stance leg press 118*20, 168*20, 208*15, 258*13
Alternatining lunges-10*15, 20*12, 30*8
Ham press- 118*20, 168*15, 208*12, 228*12
Seated calf- 45*25 for 4 sets
Standing calf- 100*25 for 4 sets

finished with a nice walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes. Legs are dead

My off day but on all off days especially cutting, I always do about 45 minutes twice and follow up with lots of stretching. Did my morning run before breakfast for 30 minutes followed by a 15 minute walk. Did another session a lil while after my second cuts serving on the elliptical for 45. Gives a great burn when I do cardio after taking them.

Today I will be taking a day off bBUT will be doing my double cardio sessions. Did my first earlier this am with a good burn from the cuts walking the area for 45 minutes. PLanning my next in another 30 minutes. Looking better muscle tonewise so I'm happy so far with the results.

Went on the scale today and have dropped 8 lbs. Great product even without the stim pill for energy. Just don't like the taste when I burp it up but it gets the job done so I don't care. This whole week I have been busy so I was ably to get in push ups, situps and cardio. The push ups are A LOT easier with the weight lost and the strength I have gained through out my training. Cardio still isn't fun but gotta do it. Adding the weights back next week with the cardio. Each da this week I bang out 20 minutes of am cardio and afternoon I do 10*10 of push ups and 10*20 of situps and follow up with 20 minutes of cardio after. Loving the cuts

Well I finsihed my second cycle. A review of how both went and how I was with and without the red pill.

With the red pill: I have to say it gave me a spark in the gym. Nothing had changed in my diet, so it had to be that red stim pill. I would go longer with the weights and cardio. I lost about 8 lbs. total for the first 3 weeks on with the red pill.

Without the red pill: With my diet being the same as the first cycle, my energy was not up to par without the red pill. I didn't believe that could be it but I learned from the past few weeks that the 1 pill makes a difference energywise. Workouts were still intense just a little bit shorter timewise do to energy as well as outside activities. Lost 11 lbs. with this cycle.

All in all, Animal cuts is a great product overall. I loved that burn it gave me after I took it. That to me is a positive sign. Sweat a bunch, went to the bathroom a lot, and got some muscle tone out of it. I see this as a top fat burner in my book. Thanks for selecting me to do a log on this product and sorry if my log wasn't too good. It was my first one I have ever done one. Thanks again and hope my review was good.

Sweet, Thanks for tracking your progress. My wife is stim sensitive, so I was curious about getting her a can and telling her toss the red pill (or save em for me).

I normally am as well with stims but this didn't have those crazy side effects on me like others. Get it for her with the red for sure. Christmas is coming.lol.
