i was the kid in and out of the hospital my whole life.
i was the skinny kid by the time i graduated high school.
i will not be the fat guy, again.

thanks man, ive been slacking on my up dates, but no worries, i havent missed a work out! ha im in the works of moving (hopefully) and thus looking for work as well so ive been kinda letting the everyday updates fall, and i really shouldnt...

fuck, im taking my CanFitPro next weekend in london and thats the final day. if i get done early, what time is the ABC getting together? it says ill be 8-5 i think that day but fingers crossed itll run short?

thanks guys, im workin on it. as of mid august ive started more of a bulk diet. any sweet tips on high cal shakes or easy meals on the go?

also, ill have to try and look him up, do you know if RICER88 is going to the london one probably? i think its the only one that weekend.

i really hope to make it out sometime, i think itd be pretty sweet to get together and work out ha
