Hey im new to the forum... Im in high school going to be a Jr this up coming year. My goal is to get up to 350 bench or higher this next up coming year. I just turned 17 a few weeks ago, and i have been lifting for almost 3 years now. It hasn't been since the past 7 or 8 months I have been lifting harder and with a 4 day split. Im nothing really special over all. Im here to look for help, advice, and learn from you all.

we all have shitty days sometimes... youll get it. idk if im lifting today or tom or soon cause of that shoulder thing. its pretty painful haha

if ur doing 80 on shoulder press then get a spot to push them up to the starting position......cause ur using a lot of energy just to get them up which effects ur number of reps that u can actually do...and u might end up hurting urself .........

thanks for the advice bro thats not a bad idea... caz it takes alot out of me getting them up there, and yea i never gave it that much thought that i could hurt myself... thanks again

you only got 395 for deadlift once son. hahaha. but those 80's for presses are sick.

hahah opps that was a mistake lol yea i only got it once... yea i was thinking of tryin the 90's a few times maybe next time... you"ll have to help me get them up thou caz i cont think i could get them off my lap but idk thou

this was a really good day... i was ded after words. Next chest day im going to try a raw max out at 300. i think i can do it because my projected max out is almost 315 so i know that isnt always right so im going to find out. im got the same split but im taking the weekends off, and just lift everyday from mon-fri. so im just hoping that 300 will go up next chest day.
