Rest day today...let the wheels heal up for some insane cardio this weekend, eat up replenish the muscles and rest.

Although a rest day from lifting and cardio, today was ABS/CORE

Basic manuever will give you basic results...you gotta change things up

(I'm in a house, with limited options and weights, also gotta get creative)


5 SUPERSETS, w/1 min rest after completion of all 3 exercises

-15x of 25lbs SIT UPS directly followed by....
-20 sec hold 15lbs water weight plate above head performing flutter kicks, directly followed by...
-20x of 15lbs ball twists

3 SUPERSETS, w/1 min rest after completion of all 3 exercises

-1 min of weighted plank (25lbs) directly followed by...
-15x of JACKNIFES, directly followed by...
-10x of crunches w/10lbs plate on chest w/a 2 sec hold at up position

3 SUPERSETS, w/1 min rest after completion of all 3 exercises

-30x of Oblique crunch, directly followed by...
-45 sec of side plank, directly followed by
-12x of 40lbs Oblique dips


gonna finish out the rest of my 'rest' day and enjoy the challenge that friday and the weekend will bring....
