would it be be beneficial to take nitro on nonworkout days or just leave it postwork out? maybe a rookie question, let me know what you all do.

Yes, I think so.

I think that Nitro is extremely beneficial immediately upon waking up, helps stop any catabolism. Working out that day, or not.

I think it comes down to funds. If you have the money go for it. Otherwise, your 6-7 meals should cover your amino bases just fine.

I agree with this post!

When I have the funds I take one immediately upon waking on non work out days. When they are tight I stick with the food. Pretty simple equation.

Since Im watching my funds I would opt to take it 1 pack pre and 1 pack post workout on workout days only.

you can take nitro everyday, i usually take it only on workout days and get other aminos on off days, eaa nitro, bcaa stack, or eaa stack, amino tech, all cheaper options.

On off-days, I typically chug down a serving of BCAA stack with my breakfast.

I agree with others...if you have the coin then it wouldn't hurt, but if you are a little strapped then workout days only is fine.
