I am 16, and I need a good Creatine product, would anyone recommend Animal Pump assuming I take out the red pill because I dont want to increase my heart rate. Or does anyone else have another creatine recommendation? Thanks

While you are right that removing the red capsule will eliminate the stimulant, I have never had a problem from it, and trust me I do not like really really strong pre workout supps. Pump is a great product.
If you want another great product to try, try Storm from Universal.

honestly when i was your age. i wish i started lifting. now im stuck trying to play catch up. eat eat and eat some more. and at ur age u can get away with not so clean foods. just be smart about it. id say stick to the basic supps and you will go a long way
