This is Robb Orlando squatting 200lbs (5lbs above bodyweight) for 100 reps.

He is a Hybrid CrossFit Strongman, meaning he competes in strongman and the CrossFit Games, and his base training is CrossFit, but of course practices his strongman events.

Wow! I'd think I'd puke just squatting the bar for a 100 reps! Incredible!

What kind of shoes is he wearing? I think I noticed Steve Kuclo wearing the same things.

Those are the standard Olympic weighlifting shoes. I believe they are a completely flat shoe with a harder sole, so you remain as close to the ground as possible while still having good traction.

I've trained with Rob a few times and he's just an unreal all around athlete. Not only is he absolutely shredded year round (5% or so), he has some great powerlifts (seen him smoke 600+ on the DL for 5), obviously has very good cardio because of Crossfit, and still is nasty with the strongman events. He holds the North American Strongman National record in the axle clean and press with a lift of 365! Just a great guy and an incredible athlete.

About the shoes, check out this article - http://www.exrx.net/WeightTraining/Weightlifting/WeightliftingShoes.html

I like my nice broken in Chuck's the most. I've had all of my PRs for deads, C&J, and Snatch in those shoes. I'll never give them up haha

I love how he says he started to feel it BAD at 35-40 reps in...that's 60-65 more reps to go beyond. Looked like it didn't even phase him until around 70-75.

The link isn't working for me for some reason.

200 for 100 is fucking insane, that is pure endurance and strength right there!
