Hello everyone,
I have got a question about my supplemets and my final made routine for 1 september and onwards.
I just need your opinions if the routine is great for overall muscle gains and performance?! :)
FINAL DECISSION MADE ROUTINE:
Wake up. Before breakfast (7:30) CUTS
After Breakfast (7:55) PAK
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - in between (MAYBE) 10:15 protein shake.
Before lunch (12:05) 2nd CUTS
Lunch (12:20 until 13:00)
After lunch (13:10) TEST
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - not able to take anything in between due to the limit of time.
Before Workout (15:40) M-STAK and (15:50) PUMP
Just before workout (16:00) NITRO
Workout (16:05 - 18:00)
While workout, after weight lifting (before cardio) (17:10) 2nd NITRO
WHILE WORKOUT - EAA Stack mixed with Intra-Aid.
POST-WORKOUT - straight after finishing working out (18:10) MuscleTech Nitro-Tech Hardcore protein powder. (if this one doesnt work,I will move to Torrent when MuscleTech finishes)

between 21:00 and 22:00 - STORM
Before bed (23:00) FLEX
I know about Test and M-Stak. Please,dont tell me anything about it. I know everything,the age, etc. I wont change my decission,so the only thing I really need from you is your opinions on timings and overall advices. I want to maximise my gains using Test and M-Stak, and to shrred some bodyfat %. Test will be cycled for 6 weeks followed by 4 weeks of M-Stak after, although I will be using M-Stak also WHILE on Test cycle. Your advices will really be appreciated. Thank you. Looking forward to your opinions.
