when to take these staks

Hey Guys,

I just recently added the Animal Line to my daily routine. I have been taking the Pak and Flex in the morning and nitro as soon as my workout is over. I just added pump, omega and M-stak. My question is when is the best time to take these? I saw that it is not good to take flex at the same time as the pak.

I wake up at 7:00 am and workout every day at 5:00 pm

I will be taking the stimulant out of both pump and m-stak.

Can you eat when you take M-stak or should you take on an empty stomach?

Any advice on the timing of these supplements would be greatly appreciated.

I like to take Pak, and Omega with my breakfast, and I'd take Flex probably half an hour, to an hour after them. When I had Stak, and Pump, I'd take Pump 45 minutes out, and Stak 30.

Pak in the AM with Breakfast.
Omega in the AM with Breakfast.
M-Stak 45 mins pre workout
Pump 30 mins preworkout
Nitro immediately post workout.
Flex before bed.

You should be eating about an hour before your workout, then M-Stak would be 30 mins later.

Heres what I suggest bro:

Pak- 1 pack with breakfast
Flex- 1 pack before bed
Nitro- 1 pack postworkout
M-Stak- 1 pack either mid day in between meals
Pump - 1 pack 20 min prior to training
Omega- 1 pack with a meal
