I wasnt sure where to post this so all of you can have a chance to see it. I do it NOT to toot my own horn so to speak but rather am proud that a fellow Animal received some positive press and OF COURSE I MENTIONED THE 2010 ANIMAL CAGE! Look for my pic and writeup in the Sep issue of PLUSA. My training for the worlds in October and for the Animal Cage at the AC in 2010 is dedicated to my mom. It was a great writeup and I am blessed to have a pic in such a huge magazine.

congrads on the article good to see an animal in such a mag. good luck at the worlds and perfecting that suit. i saw the viedo that was badass and from what i saw u got alot more in u. so train hard and kick some ass.
