I am an endomorphic bodytype. I can easygain muscle everywhere and have to cardio my ass off to keep fat off the abs area. My wife and others say I have a good physique and proportional. EXCEPT for my ankles and calves. I have been steping up all the different calve excersises. I have been liftin 5 yrs now and feel like my calves and ankles are about the size I gotta live with. So can anyone help with some new ways I can grow these areas and yea I go "heavy".
