hello boys and girls and welcome to a new journey of mine.
as many know by now, my name is william i am from chicago il.
and i am 23 years old, many may wonder WTF happened to me?

well here's a lil recap, i was on a relationship for over two years with a girl who was married before, and had 2 kids, life was good until 2008 shit hitted the fan and depression knocked on my door, since that moment i quitted working out, eating "clean" and i began drinkin on a daily basis, at the beggining of this year everything started gettin wonderfully, to the point where we almost got married, life was cool but economical problems didnt allow me to (again) "eat clean" and cut like i was supposed to, by april i lost my job to false accusations of drug usage (drug test proved i was clean), and well the girl and i are no longer together AGAIN and seems like this time is for good.....

So here we go again, all broke and with 40 dollars on my pockets startin this new journey, this time i will rather die before not being able to become who i want to become

as all of you know i believe in the power of healthy fats and i believe carbs are not necesary to cut body fat nor to support a healthy life style so my diet most likely will look like this....

Meal 1: 42 grams of whey protein isolate and 1oz of natty pb
Meal 2: 42grams of protein comming from tuna (i dont like tuna but i get a shitload for free) and a table spoon of Mac nut oil
Meal 3: 42 grams of protein comming from chicken, 1 oz of cashews and a cup of greens
meal 4: same as meal one
Meal 5: 42 grams of protein comming from tilapia and a table spoon of mac nut oil (probably another cup of greens)
Meal 6: same as meal 1

for supplements:
i have some animal pak baggies around the house so i think i can survive
animal omega
isolyze
isopure
extend (i said extend not extenze lol)
and as far as fat burners if money allows i will be rotating different brands and kinds of them i want to experiment but i am starting with hyperdrive and lean dreams

oat bran fiber and psyllium husks powder (by the way if you guys want the psyllium husk powder at vitamin shoppe is $5.99 for 12oz

right now i need to find me a source of insoluble fiber and i will be set to go

and training: well i will start like a week or two with low volume and probably low intensity, i need my body to start gettin used to the beating, after that i will do a routine that my man Y&H gave me a few months ago.

so damn truthful bro, that is exactly the fuckin plan, i am so motivated that if i didnt have a meal a few minutes ago i would off being at the gym already, at least i have my post workout powders ready lol, i am gonna be using extend and universal nutrition creatine monohydrate(5grams) on water pwo

i wanna start sayin that being unemployed and unable to collect sucks....
i became a salesman over the weekends lol but bussiness has been fuckin slow, so not having money is a horrible issue, besides i am on my feet out there on the sun 2 days a week 11 hours a day so yesterday i was so damn tired, and today i woke up super late for my first meal but instead of backing up and settin back for tomorrow i decided to go ahead so by the end of the day i would have 5 meals in my system.

before hittin the gym i had my tuna and a hyperdrive pouring mac nut oil on the tuna helped a lot, tuna is nasty.......

i doubt it bro, i has been a good minute since i strained my back (a lil over 2 years) and it still bugs me, you wont believe this but last weekend on sunday morning i freaked out i almost screamed and cried, when i woke up and realized i couldnt get up, no fuckin lie bro, my back was so stiff that the only thing i did was drag my ass out of bed using my arms, i think i will ley off squats and deads for a good minute, and besides bro, i dont know how long this journey is gonna last but i know it will probably be over 24 weeks i really wanna get skinny, i am tired of being fat, and after that i will never let myself go again, so eating for strenght may be out of my toughts

today i have one of the most important dates of my life, nope it is not with a girl, well it is with a girl lol. i met her over the weekend, and she offered me a job at her company, she is the district leader of a financial company, she offered me to train me and said to get ready to get my license and start making money, i accepted the challenge cuz oportunities like this dont come everyday.

On the other note, i think i am masoquist or whatever the fuck that shit is called, jacqueline my ex girlfriend and i spoke yesterday for like 3 and a half hours on the phone, she says she still wants to see me (that famous bootty call) i dont know if that is exactly what i want but one thing is for sure, hearing her voice and seein that pic she sent me (of her face) brought a smile to my sad face, i feel alive again i feel like life is good again....

i went to train legs today i came back 5 minutes ago and every step i take (lol that sounds like a song) my right knee suffers all the fuckin pain, i feel like a fuckin old man in a not so old body, my elbows hurt, my knees and my lowerback, let alone emotional pain as well....

if anybody read my chapter yesterday, the one i wrote before my workout, you may seem i was so happy, either way i am gonna tell it like it is cuz personal life and bullshit is part of any bodybuilder/powerlifter journey and whoever says it doesnt matter i am sorry to say it but ur full of crap....

anyways like i said if you read yesterday's chapter you could see that the day before yesterday my ex call me and asked me for "booty calls" and again is not what i want but if that makes me be near hear and enjoy her presence then i was happy, well yesterday she told me the worst words that i even heard comming towards me, my self steem went to the ground for a few minutes i accept i was crying, but i made my best to not let her know i was, she called me and said she was taking back everything she said, and that she's not attracted to me not even for a "booty call" (my pysique looks like shit i know) honestly it is the worst thing i even heard i feel like i am worthless as a man, i broke down crying but again instead of lettin her know i started screamming and with a lot of pain in my heart i told her that i regret fallin in love with her, and i said i regret every minute i spended next to her......

i even say i damn those moments and a lot of other crap, like i said it brought me down but at the same time it fed my fuckin ego and all i gotta say is FUCK the world, this journey isnt gonna be a fuckin failure and one day i will be happy.

alright so today i sampled some "fat burner" i have 10 more caps to test and so far i love it, my body my be resistant to stims but this supp definitely did something for me, i didnt feel jacked but i still feel like i could do a good 5 hours of cardio lol, i layed off the fuckin creatine, cuz instead of dropping water this week, i am actually gaining water and that fucks with the mind, my face kinda looks more bloated so i said fuck that, i am actually 3lbs heavier than at the beggining of this diet.

well i will talk about a lil bit of my cuttin plan, i most likely cheat for the first time in "3 weeks"
keto i will do it till the end of this journey, a month from now i will post my first set of pics, so i can track progress like i did back in 07. as far as fat burning supplements go, i have a bottle of hyperdrive 3.0 and a bottle of lean dreams they both good and lean dreams gets me dreaming some wicked shit lol, Author was cool enough i didnt even ask for it and he hooked me up with what we could call the hardcore versions of those two supps i got, poison and comatose

so i will cut with those for bottles and when they run out if i got money i will get some other supps....

back to lean dreams i had a fuckin crazy dream yesterday
i was shooting tren and i was lossing all my hair and freakin out lol

today's workout was really quick cuz i have a fuckin stupid problem every summer but this summer got worst, every summer the fuckin deodorants seem not to last that long, but for example today before hittin the gym i took a shower applied deodorant and 15 minutes later i was stinky as fuck so doing arms wasnt kinda cool anymore...

all of this sets i squeezed the shit out of my calves stoppin for a few seconds at the top of the movement and controllin negatives ever rep by rep was done really slow, by the way i am sad cuz my calves lost way too much muscle and definition

I was just browsing through your journey krazy. Keep your head up bro. Even if opportunities aren't coming your way at the moment, be as proactive and positive and things will eventually come down the line. What I learned from my parents at a young age was to never expect a handout and to always earn whatever it was that I wanted. With that approach, even if you get knocked down a number of times, you always get back up and start over again. Keep out any negative influences in your life if they're bringing you down. Surround yourself with positive people and you'll see their positivity rub off on you. Hang out with negativity and that's how life will be in return. You're still young and got loads of time ahead of yourself to make it out alright.

this weekend i didnt train or did cardio, reasson why? the weekends i get to make a lil money and i have to be outdoors for like 12 hours, but i am proud of myself i didnt miss a meal

today i am one week into this diet and overall i feel like a million bucks i am down to 258, supplementing with creatine the first days of the diet was kinda bad lol, either way the only problem right now is that i cant seem to be able to stomach any food, even mac nut oil tastes bad to me now days, yesterday to be able to fit my macros i ended up having a total of 4 shakes, and i have "the shits" lol either way enough nastiness

i did go to train today and i did chest:

Incline Bench press:
95lbs x 10reps
95lbs x 8reps
115lbs x 6reps

Incline DB press:
30lbs x 10reps
40lbs x 8reps
50lbs x 7reps
50lbs x 6reps

after i was done a smile came to my face, it seems my strenght at least db pressin is comming back quick

Decline Hs press:
1plate a side x 8reps x 2sets
1plate + 25lbs a side x 6reps

Machine pullovers:
2sets x 8reps

Cardio...20minutes on treadmill
every 3 weeks i will add up 10 minutes to my cardio sessions

i ended this workout late so i got home exactly at 10am time for my second meal
so i had a WPI shake (banana flavor) with strawberry powerade zero and natty pb

that shit tasted like heaven

as stated in the first page, a ketogenic diet, the problem is that i am used to dropping like 10lbs of water in like 4 days the first week of the diet and creatine was stoppin me from that and it was holding more and more water and that gets me paranoid

today i went to the gym not knowing what bodypart to work with, i saw a friend of mine doing legs and i wanted to workout with him cuz he does way too much volume and i wanted to see how it feels, but he was way into it and didnt bother...

Back:

Barbell rows:
95lbs x 15reps
115lbs x 10reps
135lbs x 8reps

no lower back pain at all i loved every rep of this exercise, my back really felt the rowing in a good way, focusin on form feels better than throwing crazy weights

Hs pulldowns:
1plate a side x 12 slow reps
1plate a side + a quarter x 8reps i started feeling like my form was compromised so i dropped back to one plate and did 10 more reps

Db rows:
here another friend of mine (which many dont believe i helped with his prep for his show last year where he took second on his division)
was next to me rowing and that fired me up

55lbs x 12reps slow and controlled
70lbs x 10reps again really slow
100lbs x 6reps slow and controlled negatives But when i did the left arm i struggled a lil

today i started loggin my workouts on a notebook, i got me a pretty fancy pink ed hardy notebook that rocks my world, the ex girl and i spoke yesterday like the best friends there could be, but who am i fooling, i know i will never see her face again, which is kinda sad.

this fuckin diet i am doing is fuckin gold, excuse all the fuckiness, last time i weighted myself (monday) i was 245, today i woke up at 242 and makes me happy.

Yesterday night was a mixed feelings day for me, my ex and i got on the phone, we started talking just basically nothing, we ended up laughin, having a great time..... after a good while, we got too comfortable to speak about us, i ended up saying a lot of bad shit to her, all all the things i said hurted her, but they were necessary, she told me that all the stuff she said about her not wanting even sex with me it was all lies, her main and big problem is that she doesn't wanna get attach to me again, that when she told me to move on, was hopping i didn't do it and stayed by her side, i told her she has some issues, and she needs to take care of them, i told her she needs to forget her past and try to live the present, her past was hurtful and worthless, i ended up crying, she ended up doing it too and apologizing to me, for everything after 3 hours and 40-minutes on the phone we hung up and say good night, but ended up agreeing to be friends, and supposedly we are going dancing next weekend,that phone call hurted me a bit but it brought me a peaceful state of mind, i continued crying till i couldn't cry no more and went to sleep....

today i woke up afraid, i know deep inside me i dream for the day me and her end up together for the rest of hour lives, when she changes her last name to mine, i want that i cant lie, but i am afraid that wont come and makes me feel like a kid afraid of dark, makes me even shaky, my life is just too crazy, and to a point misserable

alright this is the beginning of week number 6, or should i say number 1?
what happens is that i found a way to make money while being unemployed which implies me waking up at 3am but usually by 11am i have like a 100 buck in my pockets
anyways i am so tired, and i was busy thursday and friday and missed my workouts, i did my usual cheat meal friday night

but saturday i felt shitty as hell, i missed meals and ended up eating crap, and yesterday?
i had like 1000grams of carbs at the end of the day, i am still super tired and i feel like crap, on the other hand i tried this new otc fat burner and wow, i can only imagine what is gonna do to me in a few weeks, after all the crap i ate i had a weight increase of 4lbs (which i am more than sure is all water) is even less water that i was holding after my previous cheat meals....

really wide grip

How's your diet? You still doing keto or something similar?

Bust through this phase KAM...You'll be alright. Get your ass back in the gym and mix up your cardio and you will be back at meeting your goals.

One of the best pieces of advice I received was to not only set your end goal but set up a bunch of "mini-ends" so that you feel like you are continually making progress. Set up a ladder and each rung of the ladder is the next step to your goal.

Despite the feeling shitty and being tired, you're getting in and doing work. That's what I like to see krazy. Excellent stuff in here. Workouts look solid and it sounds like the diet is working out for you despite your exhaustion. Keep it up man.
