firstly sorry this isnt a "log" as such...but I've been using it since July 2006 and have reaped the benefits...

I had light tendonitis in both elbows, and cartilage injuries in both wrists (and let me tell you they like healing in their own time).

I had been off training a long while because of this, slowly, but surely Flex started to kick in.....this was around my 2nd can, my elbows were fine and the wrist was as good as it could get considering how long i had the injury.

Im still taking it and will continue to, because our joints and tendons need to be nourished and protected if we want to continue training pain-free...

Overall I'd say flex is the most complete joint formula ive seen, gotta love the herbal anti-inflam ingridients too...

I hear ya bro...I was given the opportunity to test a stack sent to me from Universal and Animal Flex was one of those supplements. I am only 19 and I have still gotten many benefits from it. Joint supplements arent just for the old guys anymore...

I was an alpha tester for Flex and I love it. I haven't taken it for a month or so due to a shortage of supplement funds, but I'll get more as soon as I can. It works, plain and simple. I have a bad left shoulder and bad right knee. After just 2 weeks of Flex, no pain from the knee at all and the shoulder felt pretty good after heavy militaries. I recommend it.

Won BB.com's award for Joint Supplement of the Year, so that says a lot.

Flex has been a god send for me. It took about 30 days to fully kick in for me but now it's a staple supplement for me.

Let me tell u. I life hard and heavy Monday-Friday faithfully and I play Basketball 3-4 times a week and eversince started taking Animal Flex my knees and shoulders feel 110 percent better. I took 3 weeks off about 2-3 months ago and since I have been better than ever. As great as all the Animal products are I suggest this 1st and foremost. I just can't beleive how pain free I am now. Animal FLEX for live because to build a big house ya need a foundation ya dig.

I am glad to hear this..although I wouldnt expect anything less from Universal products anyway. I just never tried Flex. I just ordered some. Thanks for the input.
