What up, i Want to cut some bodyfat down till 10%, is this a good diet? i am at 160 lbs
protein about 270g everyday, and carbs only on on days pre-wo, at off days zero carbs is that ok?

yes i agree with krazyass ha, i tried that no carb thing, i was always edgy and no energy whatsoever, you can still loose weight with carbs, just keep it in the mid range not too high and dont have a high carb meal before bed. and you plus with no carbs you will feel lethargic and it will kill your motivation bro.

nahh i dont think so i can do this im sure about that hehe if i have a goal i ilways give all i dotn even cheat on off season bulks... what carbs would be good btw? only vegetables? green things? i read about carb rotate methods..

Im doing Keto now, and yea i do one re feed a week of carbs, not cheat, just carbs .. but you said you completely cut carbs out the whole diet, so i was not sure what you meant.

with all due respect and not trying to make a debate out of this i truly think "refeeding" defeats the whole ketogenic state and it's like a start all over again

You are entitled to your opinion brother, thats cool, have you ever competed or do you just follow a Keto diet? And when you do a cheat meal, there is no carbs in there?

i have never competed i am gonna enter my first show next year, when i cheat i obviously have carbs, i could care less about glycogen stores i only do it to help the conversion of t4 to t3

I am personally on a very low carb diet right now. I try and stick to the same foods everyday and I will add maybe some wheat bread or 4 oz sweet potato just to keep my body guessing but the other days of the week I have no carbs and the carb days are just once a week on no particular day. I personally haven't cheated yet and I actually feel great and that gives me more motivation to just keep on reaching for my goals. I also do not eat carbs after 2-3pm. Hope this helps

people...if your not going into contest...carbs are perfectly fine in your diet.
you need to realize there are good carbs and there is a time and place to eat carbs.
preferably a couple hours before your workout..pre workout..during..and post workout..then you taper carbs off after in the evening...like eating chicken breast...tuna..and other protein sources..ive lost alot of weight and continuosly keep doing so and i follow that..and my strength is still great and my workouts are always intense..going into keto is just pretty stupid if your like 180 pounds...you will just look frail at the end of that cut..

Not going into a contest per say but I am 240lbs not skinny 180lbs. Not arguing with anyone but I have had success and am still having success with my diet the way am cycling carbs the way I do. I am not saying this works for everyone or that it will always work for me but for now I like the results and will continue until they stop. I really don't
feel like shit during the day or night I still feel good and personally not sluggish at all. I basically stick with lean protein sources eat every 2-3 hrs and drink 1-2 gallons of water daily.

Excatly bro that is the KEY to everything when it comes to the iron game. It may take a while but you gotta try and try and try to find what works for you!!!! I personally took just bits and peices of other diets I have seen also with workouts I have seen that was the way I did it. It is a big game of trial and error when it comes to your diet and workout!!!!

I am pretty much doing this right now. I take in around 100 - 125 grams of carbs per day. Most of these are from vegetables and my post workout. I actually dont feel tired at all and im losing alot fat. I dont know if zero carbs is the best way.
