I will be starting up my new journey after I move back in at school tomorrow.
Up to this point in my life I've had some miserable experiences and frustrating times, especially in the last couple years at college. Most of them are my own fault because quite honestly they've come from a lack of confidence and self-esteem. Particularly I've never been very comfortable in most social situations, so unlike most my age, these are shitty times for me and I'm dreading having to go back to school. Nonetheless, those are a couple quotes I used in an essay a long time ago that I like and hopefully I'll be able to keep pushing forward for a long-lasting journey. My last journey basically seemed to be a struggle trying to decide where I stand with my training and what I want. I'm pretty positive I've figured things out, so I can get on with it and just stick to doing my thing. This should be the beginning of a new phase for me, and the first thing to get done will be to kick training into high gear.

-diced eggs from the salad bar + mayo = makeshift egg salad sandwich (100% stone ground wh. wh. bread), rice with olive oil on top, a bit more clams, fiber one bar

-4 GH max, followed by a generous scoop of EAA Nitro for pre-WO

-beef burrito on wh. wh. wrap, Nature Valley fruit & nut bar, reduced fat cheez-its...as if I didn't already have a shitty diet today, but some of the guys from my suite asked if I wanted to go eat with them and I can't be the same hermit as usual so I went and a burrito place was what everyone decided on

-pastrami sandwich (stone ground wh. wh. bread) with 1 slice fat free cheese and 1 tbsp fat free mayo, 2 sticks reduced fat string cheese, Nature Valley fruit & nut bar

-1 scoop real gains + 1 generous scoop ultra whey pro, reduced fat cheez-its

yea my gym was closed too...i was soo jacked. i guess it closed at 12 so it was my fault...haha

well you'd figure if it's the first day of classes that you'd have everything available to you. why'd your gym close so early, are you talking about monday?

-turkey sandwich (stone ground 100% wh. wh.) with tomato/mayo (approx. 1 tbsp), rice with olive oil on top, 2 sticks red. fat string cheese

-DC was in transition of meals I guess cause they didn't have shit, I grabbed a couple of these little "beef sliders" which are basically mini burgers and put em on the stone ground wh. wh. bread with tomato, and added the following back in the dorm: roast beef, banana, Nature Valley fruit & nut bar

-grilled salmon, a bit of ribs, potatoes, carrots, banana

-roast beef w/ 1 slice FF cheese and 1 tbsp FF mayo on stone ground wh. wh. bread, red. fat cheez-its

trying to get back into the swing of things... gym isn't open on saturdays at all for a couple weeks so that was annoying making a second trip down there for no reason. On a better note, I've weighed in over 200 on both scales now (home and school) so I've finally entered manhood. Back/bis was tonight, went something like this
BB rows 4 sets x6-12
wide grip pull ups 3 sets x6-13
close grip cable rows 3 sets x7-12, last set 240x7 drop: 180x8 ish
EZ bar curls 3 sets x6-12
bicep ladder 3 sets x10-12 ish

you could barely see in the mirror that's behind the DB rack cause it was so fogged up, way too many people cramped in. The new rec center opens up at the end of the month, so at least there's something to look forward to
